- LISEC 33/40 transport unit - Pyrosil System 500 HE (Pyrosil application for UV ink) - LISEC 33/45S transport unit - Primer Station 500 HE - LISEC 33/68 transport unit - LISEC 33/28 transport unit - Mobile exhaust air pretreatment system - LISEC system control unit - The industrial production line - LISEC is about 20 meters long and can be configured in widths of up to 3500 mm x 7000 mm.

- As UV-curable inks are also extremely durable on non-absorbent substrates, it was now possible to print on plastics of all types, as well as on wood, glass and acrylic.
- The company decided to install an automatic industrial production line with a printing width of 350 cm for glass finishing, as this was the only way to meet the high quality requirements of printing on glass. A complete production line consists of: flame treatment cleaning, primer and (extra) printing machine, as well as the respective conveyor belts between the stations. which receives the print jobs from the pre-press department and controls the transport through the flame treatment and primer. In the flame treatment station, the glass is treated with open flame in a continuous process. This improves the uniformity of the surface tension of the glass, burns off residues or dirt that were not removed during washing and improves the adhesion of the silane gas primer. A buffer belt transports the glass to the primer station, where the adhesion promoter is sprayed onto the glass at high speed from four nozzles - the glass then passes to the long positioning belt, which serves as a stop in front of the printing machine and, at the same time, aligns the glass at right angles in the exact XY direction for the printing machine. The printed sheet of glass passes from the printing machine to the discharge conveyor, from where it is removed manually. The electronic control system of the 20-meter-long production line takes into account the format of the respective glass sheets during flame treatment and priming and uses sensors to monitor their transport. In this way, the high printing speed of the spinning machine can be optimally utilized by delivering the glass in time for the next job. However, many printers often have problems with glass printing because cleaning, flaming and priming cannot be done cleanly and uniformly enough by hand, resulting in costly rejects. These problems have now been solved with the industrial production line. produced much more flexibly than in screen printing, produced more cheaply when many different colors or motifs have to be printed because there are no printing form costs and smaller runs can be printed economically compared to screen printing."
